SENATE BILL NO. 194 "An Act relating to civil damages for certain                                                               
alcohol violations" was read the second time.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Egan moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of                                                              
the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1566. Without                                                                
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 194(JUD) "An Act relating to                                                                  
penalties and civil damages for certain alcohol violations" was                                                                 
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
